Q All the X, Y, Z-axis motors are stalled.

(1)Check if the emergency stop switch is activated or not.

(2)Check if the motion card connection wire is loosed or not.

(3)Check if the joystick connection wire is loosed or not.

(4)Check if the power switch of the system is switch ON or not.

(5)Check if the limits setting of the motion card in software are correct or not.


Q One of X, Y or Z-axis motor is stalled.

A

(1)Please restart the power switch of the system.

(2)Check if the motor power cable is loosed or not.

(3)Check if the motion card connection wire is loosed or not.


Q The computer illumination is no reaction.

A

(1)Check if the light control wires are plugged correctly or not.

(2)Please restart the power switch of the system.

(3)Check if the illumination control port is setting correctly or not.


Q The monitor shows no image.

A Check if the image transmission wire is plugged correctly or not.
